Spring Break Desperation

Well I figured enough had happened that I'd update my journal, those of you who have been watching me for a while know I don't update very often >_<; I've only written 26 journals over the 3 years now that I have been on DA! :jawdrop:

Gaaaah.... I sooo need a break from school. I'm gonna have a melt down here. I need some rest from school, besides I've been sick for almost THREE weeks now. ug I keep coughing and coughing... :sick: So I'm hoping I can get rid of this before spring break.

sooo because of that....anyone who's asked me for pictures can expect them to appear during spring break as that's one of the things I am determined to get done. I don't even have time to put up pictures of mine that I'd like to, and I have quite a few in mind or that I've already started that I'd like to get done. so basically I won't be submitting anything till spring break starts.

weee and I also won the ID contest for :iconmonsterbrigade:

In other news it's my turn to yell PROM! haha that's another thing I'm gonna deal with over spring break, finding something to wear, I've already got the tickets so I don't have to worry about them selling out before I can buy them, that was my worst fear. I'm excited and at the same time pretty mellow about prom, I dunno must be my tomboy side that keeps me from being overly fanatical about it. I can't believe how some girls have bought super expensive hundred dollar dresses months in advance.

Also I refuse to wear high heels! they're too painful and I'll end up twisting my ankle cause I don't know how to walk in them. Best case scenario I find a dress that goes nicely with my black boots or some nice looking flats :) worst case I have to wear something that has a small heel to it.

And yes I'm going in a dress, most people have NEVER seen me in a dress for the most part I wear a nice blouse and dress pants. >_< Even :iconsunshinecasy: only remembers me being in a black dress for my Grandma's funeral years ago. I'm quite tempted to wear a tux, if there were two proms I'd do both, but alas there aren't. I'll find something else I can wear a tux too, especially since that might send a few to many mixed messages to the entire student body....

thanx, I'm quite glad to have an extra watcher ^_^

I love mythological/science fiction type creatures I just don't usualy submit as many of them onto my site >_<;

I've already sent a note to the Monster Brigade so hopefully I'll be a fellow member of the Red team soon =) that should motivate me to get some more creatures up and into my gallery
